Here at Bayside Aromas we aim to not only create fantastic hand made products, but to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any problems with your order.

Postage and Packaging Cost

 

There is a flat rate for Delivery which is £3.25 per order. Delivery is FREE on orders £30 and over.

Delivery Service

​

We aim to package and post your order within 3 working days. Your order is then sent out via Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver all first class parcels within 1-3 working days. During busier times, it may take longer for your purchase to arrive, however we will always inform you if this was to occur.  

Please allow a little longer during busier periods, such as Christmas.

Cancelling an order

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order. You will not be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

​

If you are not satisfied with your order and request a refund, Unopened, unused and undamaged products can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding P&P cost) providing that all products remain in their original packaging and arrive back to us without damage.

Damaged Items

​

Should any items arrive damaged, a replacement will be provided, however Photographic evidence of the damage maybe required. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for any items that have been dropped, misused or otherwise damaged.
